I have been processing through and wrestling with the Lord about my 2025-26 World Race trip reaching its finish line. The truth is that this finish line will also be the starting line for something different, something new and something bigger than me. And the Lord has a reputation of asking his little children to do big things. What does this mean for me?

“The Lord gave me this message: “I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb. Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as my prophet to the nations.” This is a promise. Whatever nation the Lord brings me to, he has assured me that I do not walk by my own whims or desires. No. I walk by the power of the Holy Spirit as I am one who has been anointed to be a prophet to the nations. A prophet is simply one who brings and speaks the word of the Lord in truth. That makes me excited! That makes me nervous. That is a big calling. Sometimes I think to myself, “O Sovereign Lord…I can’t speak for you! I’m too young!” I’m only 18, soon to be 19. How could the Lord be calling me to be his mouthpiece to the nations? Yet, in the secret place with the Lord He is very clear with me. He continues to admonish me saying, Lia, “Don’t say, ‘I’m too young,’ for you must go wherever I send you and say whatever I tell you.”

But Lord, what if they judge me? What if I’m disliked, misunderstood or too weak to obey you? He’s clear, “…don’t be afraid of the people, for I will be with you and will protect you. I, the Lord, have spoken!” So the Lord is calling me to the nations. I must go. How do I know that what He has said is truth for me specifically in this next year? It’s simple. The Lord reached out and touched my mouth and said, “Look, I have put my words in your mouth! Today I appoint you to stand up against nations and kingdoms. Some you must uproot and tear down, destroy and overthrow. Others you must build up and plant.” It is not of my own strength I stand against or build up the nations. It is through the words of the Lord on my tongue. And the words do not remain there. His words are shared with the people.

The Holy Spirit has spoken Jeremiah 1:4-10 to us. No matter the number of months or years we remain in the USA or Asia or Africa or Central America, the Lord has called us to be a prophet to the nations. No matter the work: from childcare, to construction, to church building; the word of the Lord must flow from the mouth to the nations.

I would love prayers for obedience, wisdom and strength to keep obey the calling the Lord has placed in my innermost being.

The Lord has also called YOU to be a prophet to the nations. No matter which nation. All it takes is obedience to the Lover of your soul. He’s speaking to you. And though you don’t get to earn His love for you, you can thank Him through obeying Him. He wants us to speak His words. Are we willing?

I cannot express my gratitude to your dedication in supporting my mission over the past 9 months. I would not have been here without you. I would not have gone through this same heart surgery without your obedience to the Lord. I would not have been able to share the Word of God in five different nations without you. My feet would not have been placed where they now have been. And that is incredible. And incredibly humbling. May we thank our Lord together for bringing us on this journey. Not just the journey I have taken over the past few months of my young life, but also for the journey that we each live every day until eternity. We are born to praise the Lord with our first breath and we will ascend into eternity with His praises forever on our lips. He says, ““Surely I am coming soon.” Amen. Come Lord Jesus!” Revelation 22:20.
