“Twas the night of Valentine’s when all through the base,

Not a creature was stirring, except for the boys getting into place,

The decorations were hung with care,

Knowing that the girls would all soon be there.”

The boys planned a super special night for the girls and escorted each of us into the dining hall for an aesthetic evening dinner! They waited on us, cracked empty eggs shells on our heads (Guatemalan tradition they say) and hosted a movie night for us!

I would LOVE prayer for:

• For my emotions and my Spirit to agree to submit to the Lord’s control. I have various heavy things on my mind such as: changing any mistaken views of myself/God/others, loss among my friends, sorts of spiritual attacks on my squad mates or people at home and any relational tensions I have. I know when I agree that control belongs to the Lord, I also agree to receive freedom!

• For my team mates (Rissa, Holly, Abby, Ella and Skylar) who are feeling both great joy and great sorrow in spiritual, personal and relational aspects of life.

• Over PVT (Parent Vision Trip) when my mom and dad come for a week to Guatemala to worship the Lord through serving alongside me. Nearly all my squad mate’s parents will be here at the same time. Please pray for the Spirit to have His will in this beautiful, yet challenging time for everyone!

Please thank our Father for:

• Growing me in so many ways and helping me to see myself and others with His eyes.

• For teaching me in this time that it is no longer I who live but Christ who lives in me! Everything I used to do and be (and even sometimes try to be now) was crucified with Christ on the cross. I get to die to myself every single day with every decision through the freedom of the Holy Spirit!

• For giving me people to love.💕
